Setting up a new plant now asks for its peak power, its date of build and its exact coordinates.

• Creating a plant now requires its peak power, its date of build and its exact coordinates, and a location of 0/0 is refused.
• A plant's master data now holds a single date of build that can be set or changed, in place of the commissioning and decommissioning dates.
