Availability and traffic for a plant's remote access

A plant's "Remote Access" tab now shows a "Connection Pipeline" with the availability of agent health, the internal VPN, the organization VPN and the connection to the plant, and a "Traffic Tracker" with today's agent and VPN traffic.

• Switch the pipeline between the last hour, the last 24 hours and the last 30 days.
• Each direct VPN connection of the plant carries its own availability bar and traffic figures.
• The organization page's VPN services table gains an availability and a traffic column.
• Agent availability appears once a plant's on-site agent has been updated.
