Improvements and fixes

A plant on a VPN service can now have several subnets.

• Several subnets can now be added to or removed from a plant on a VPN service, and the same subnet is refused a second time.
• The plants table's VPN dialog preselects the VPN service the plant is assigned to, instead of the first service with plants.
