You now create API tokens only while signed in
Tokens you already have keep working, and everything you do with them is unaffected. A new token can now be created only while you are signed in to the web app. A token can no longer be used to create another one.
Action required: API users: if a service of yours creates API tokens using an API token, change it. Sign in to the web app yourself, create the token on your profile page under "API Tokens", and hand it to the service. Tokens created earlier stay valid until they expire.
