Improvements and fixes

The pages of an organization that has no plants yet now open empty instead of showing an access error.

• The dashboard, events, forecasts and exports of an organization without plants open empty and no longer show an access error.
• Choosing "Edit" on a plant in the organization's plant list no longer opens an empty page.
