Set when a member's access ends, and pause it without removing them

You can now give a member's access an end date, and pause a membership so the person keeps their place but cannot do anything. Each permission you give someone for a plant or portfolio can carry its own end date, and you renew it from the list.

  • A permission shows "Expiring soon" in its last seven days, and "Expired" once the date has passed.
  • You can pause, resume and set an end date on sharing arrangements your organization started; the other side cannot.
  • Pausing a membership blocks everything the person could do; nothing is deleted, so resuming gives the access back.
  • When a sharing arrangement is paused or expires, your members lose their permissions on the plants it covers.
  • You cannot pause your own membership or change your own end date.
