Improvements and fixes

Network devices now show their current status on the Connections page and on a plant's Networking page, instead of a reading from minutes ago.

• On the Connections page, a device no longer shows as offline while its availability reads 100%.
• On a plant's Networking page, a device's name no longer stays marked as offline after the device has come back.
