Improvements and fixes

Sessions and API tokens now show which browser or tool last used them.

• Each session and API token now names the browser or tool that last used it, or shows "Unknown client".
• After a change is saved on a plant's "Networking" page, a notice states that the on-site agent is applying it and will restart shortly.
