Improvements and fixes

During a guided logger setup, a device that stays silent now comes with the reason it did not answer.

• During a guided logger setup, the reason a device did not answer is now shown, and "Reconnect" tries it once more.
• A plant's "Dataflow" page now also counts data from the sites connected through the plant's own VPN server.
