Huawei SUN2000 inverters now report phase-to-neutral voltages

AC voltages of Huawei SUN2000 inverters of the 60KTL, 185KTL and 215KTL families read through a Huawei SmartLogger no longer show line-to-line values under the phase names. The values now shown are the phase-to-neutral voltages, which are lower than the figures shown before. Plants receive this with their next agent update.

• Other Huawei inverter families and readings other than AC voltage are not affected.
