Improvements and fixes

A paused remote access of an organization now reads as paused instead of looking broken. Pausing or restarting one now asks for confirmation first.

• Where connection status is checked, a paused remote access and everything behind it now shows amber, with a note naming it.
• Pausing or restarting an organization's remote access now asks for confirmation first, showing how many plants are affected and which ones.
• Restarting a paused remote access no longer reports success and instead points to resuming it.
• An online session now shows how long ago it last exchanged data, and an idle session drops to offline within four minutes.
