Security notices about your account always reach you by email

Notices about your own account — sign-in, password, two-factor, sessions and API tokens — now reach you by email whatever your notification settings say. In your profile's "Notifications" tab they show as "Always delivered" and can no longer be switched off.

• Every other topic keeps the settings you chose, including the switch for delivery outside the app.
