Let the assistant work on your tickets

The assistant now does more than answer questions. After asking you first, it opens, updates, closes or reopens a ticket, comments on it, and links the components and events it concerns. It can also read your notifications and your activity, look things up in the documentation, and change your own settings.

• Every step the assistant takes is named in the chat, such as "Close ticket".
• The assistant can only do what you are allowed to do on that plant.
• Suggested questions on the chat page get a conversation started.
