Write tickets and comments with formatting and attachments

You now write a ticket or a comment in an editor with headings, lists, tables and links, and check it under "Preview" before you send it. Attach files up to 10 MB by dragging, pasting or picking them, and they appear in the text. Text you have not sent yet is kept as a draft.

• Each component's row shows how many open tickets mention it, and you can open them from there.
• Use "Notify / CC (optional)" to choose who hears about the ticket when you create it.
• Your messages to our support team use the same editor and the same attachments.
• You can pick from more categories, among them "Equipment Failure" and "Grid Issue".
