Improvements and fixes

The assistant's answer on how plants are doing now arrives in full on plants with many open outages.

• The ticket and connection parts of that answer are no longer lost when a plant has many open outages.
• Open outages appear as a count per plant and type, with example components named, instead of a full list.
• The first lines of each open ticket the assistant lists are also shown.
