Improvements and fixes

A plant's member list now lists technical and commercial managers on their own tabs.

• A plant's member list now has "TOM" and "COM" tabs, listing technical and commercial or asset managers separately.
• When someone reacts to a support message, the request shows as new in the list until it is opened.
