Improvements and fixes

A plant's analysis now marks components with an issue in the legend and the charts as well.

• In a plant's analysis, the legend and both chart tooltips now mark a component that has an outage, a measurement conflict or a connection issue.
• The revenue page now shows what each settlement method would have earned, against what the plant actually earned.
• Inverter, combiner box and string rows now show when the network device delivering their data has gone offline, including outages that were already open.
• Switching tabs in the analysis no longer keeps the selected inverter or combiner box, so the next tab's table is no longer narrowed.
• With the issues filter on, an analysis table with nothing to show now reads "No issues here" and offers to clear the filter.
