Improvements and fixes

A key icon beside a network device's proxy links now opens the device's stored login. Proxy links are no longer shown to an account that may not use the device proxy.

• When a Phoenix Contact controller reads a plant's meter, "Also monitor grid connection point" can now be switched on to publish those grid measurements.
• Graph axes no longer show a value just under a unit boundary as "1.000W" but as "1kW".
