Direct-marketer curtailments now get a "Marketer settlement" event

For each curtailment measure by the direct marketer, the lost energy is now recorded as a "Marketer settlement" event on the plant's "Activity" page, beside the "Redispatch settlement" events of grid-operator curtailments. The measure's own day can serve as its reference day, since only grid-operator curtailments disqualify a day. Plants receive this with their next agent update.

• The event covers the whole plant or one of its parts and opens no notification.
• The event carries lost energy only and leaves the compensation figures on the revenue page unchanged.
• A settlement recorded again for the same measure replaces the earlier event rather than adding a second.
