Improvements and fixes

Hovering a person in tickets and support shows their profile, activity links open the right plant again, and a plant's remote access asks before restarting.

• In tickets and support, hovering a person shows their profile: organization, role, email, phone and their job in the plant.
• Links in the activity list open the right plant again and lead straight to where the event can be acted on.
• A reaction to a message now appears in the support and ticket lists as the newest activity, with who reacted and to which message.
• In a plant's remote-access settings the networks are listed in the order they are routed, and a network can be renamed in place.
• Restarting a plant's remote access now asks for confirmation and states how many connected sites the restart affects.
• Third-party components received security updates.
