Flat-rate settlement now deducts the direct marketer's share

In a "Redispatch settlement" event, the lost energy worked out by the flat-rate (pauschal) method previously counted quarter-hours the direct marketer had curtailed at the same time. For months from July 2026 the figure is net of that share and decreases where the two overlapped, while earlier months keep the gross figure. Plants receive this with their next agent update.

• Events for a month still open are updated on the next settlement run.
• A settlement event now stays open while its figure can still move.
• At the latest, an event is final by the end of the third month after the curtailment.
• Settlement events cannot be closed, edited or reopened by hand.
• An open settlement event is not counted among a plant's open issues.
