Curtailed minutes no longer count against your performance ratio

Your performance ratio read too low at plants that were curtailed, because those minutes counted as normal production. The expected production scaled from it was too low as well. Both are correct from this release. Your plants receive this with their next agent update.

• This covers a cap on the whole plant and a cap that applies to only part of it.
• Expected production could read several times too high in the hours after a restart.
