Unreachable Huawei inverters no longer report zero production

Your Huawei plants no longer show production dropping to zero when the data logger cannot reach an inverter. An inverter that cannot be reached is now left out instead of being recorded as zero, and the plant's power is worked out from the inverters that did answer. Your plants receive this with their next agent update.
