Improvements and fixes

Adding a Zebotec data logger now takes only its address. String orientation is now worked out correctly at plants whose inverters run into their limit.

• The early and late hours of a clear day no longer count as cloudy when string orientation is worked out.
• Reactive energy readings from a Q-reader meter are no longer dropped when the counter moves down.
