Improvements and fixes

String analysis is available again at plants that run under a standing power limit.

• At plants on sloping ground, the direction strings face is now worked out correctly instead of reading too far east.
• At plants under a standing grid or marketer power limit, string analysis is available again instead of a whole day counted as curtailed.
