Your compensation no longer counts a curtailed quarter-hour twice

Where two sources sent readings for the same minutes — after a restart, for example — your plant's curtailed energy for that quarter-hour was counted twice, and the compensation you were shown read too high. Such a quarter-hour is now left out of the settlement instead. Figures already issued keep their value.

• Only quarter-hours where two sources overlapped are affected; a restart where one source follows the other still counts fully.
• Curtailment figures for an affected period fall to what the plant really measured.
