Expected production at plants with a power cap no longer reads too low

The expected-production curve on your graphs was reading too low at plants whose output is capped, sitting well below the cap on bright days. It now follows the cap itself, so what you see as expected production on a bright day matches what the plant is allowed to deliver. Your plants receive this with their next agent update.
