See why an inverter has gone silent, not just since when

Each inverter in your monitor's connection list now leads with the reason it cannot be reached: an open outage on the network device its data logger sits behind. The list names that logger and links to the networking page. Such an inverter counts as a connection issue straight away, instead of only after an hour without a signal.

  • Your plant's share of working inverters drops as soon as the network device stops answering.
  • An inverter that is both silent and cut off is counted once.
  • A plant-wide network outage reaches even an inverter assigned to no data logger.
