Your curtailment figures no longer count near-full power limits

A limit your grid operator or direct marketer leaves sitting between 85 % and full power no longer counts as a curtailment. Curtailed energy and the compensation shown against it drop at plants whose limit sat in that band — at some plants for a whole month. A real curtailment in that band is not counted either.
