Your excluded curtailments now stay out of the settlement

Press "Exclude from settlement" on a detected curtailment and that episode is now really left out of the month's curtailed energy and compensation. Until this release the exclusion was recorded, but the month was settled as though nothing had been excluded. A curtailment you entered by hand was not joined to the detected one either.

• Curtailed energy and compensation drop for a month where you had excluded an episode.
• A settled curtailment now shows which detected episode it was built from.
• A curtailment you enter by hand is merged with the detected episode it belongs to.
