The "VPN auto-heal" wizard is gone — use "Start AI diagnosis"

"VPN auto-heal" is gone from the wizards you can start; a run you started earlier still opens. To find out why a plant's VPN connection is down, open "Inspect VPN connection" on the plant and press "Start AI diagnosis": you name the router on site and what you need, and the assistant reads the configuration and the logs itself.

Action required: Anyone who used the "VPN auto-heal" wizard: start the diagnosis from the plant instead. Open the plant's networking page, choose "Inspect VPN connection" on the VPN, go to its diagnosis step, name the router on site and what you need, and carry on with the assistant in the tab it opens. Starting a new auto-heal run is refused from this release; runs you started before it stay readable.

  • Say what you need under "What do you need? (optional)" and the assistant answers that first.
  • Tell it the router's make and firmware and it gives you the steps for that model.
  • The assistant can ask you questions and follow up; the wizard answered once and stopped.
  • The diagnosis opens in a new browser tab; the dialog stays open behind it.
