Improvements and fixes

A portfolio a partner organization shares opens its plants again, and a "Security Officer" share is passed on only as itself.

• A portfolio shared by a partner organization opens its plants' connection status, tickets, events and graphs again.
• A "Security Officer" share can now be passed on only as that same role, never with fewer rights.
• A "Security Officer" can now open a VPN connection's "Live status" and its logs, while the "Debug" tab stays closed to that role.
• A plant's "Production" page now shows its panel peak, inverter peak, DC/AC ratio and grid limit under the title.
