See when a plant's remote access is not actually running

Each remote-access connection on a plant's VPN tab now tells you whether it is really working. One that is set up but not actually running is marked red, with the next step to take. One that is running while the remote site has not connected is marked amber. Mirox rechecks this while you have the tab open.

• A connection offered over both IPv4 and IPv6 is flagged if it answers on only one of them.
• A connection you have just created, and one whose plant is unreachable, stay neutral rather than red.
• Hovering over the mark tells you whether trying again will help.
