Improvements and fixes

The assistant now answers how a plant is doing with its measured power. A plant that is simply idle is no longer shown as unreachable.

• The assistant now answers what a plant is doing with its power right now and today's energy, and no longer calls an idle plant offline.
• An organization's embedded dashboards now open as soon as access to it is granted, without signing out and back in first.
