Improvements and fixes

Device status on the Connections and Networking pages now matches reality, member lists show account names, and a resent invitation cancels the earlier link.

• On the Connections page, a device no longer shows as offline while its availability reads 100%; you see its real state.
• On a plant's Networking page, a device's name no longer stays marked as offline after the device has come back.
• A resent invitation gives the recipient a new link valid for another 30 days, and the earlier link stops working.
• Your organization's member list and a plant's member list now show each member's account name under their email address.
• When you create your own organization, a cooperation invitation still waiting for you is declined instead of staying open.
