Improvements and fixes

Alarms reach your phone, analysis and tables mark components in trouble, tickets can be private and notify only those involved, and revenue compares settlement methods.

• Alarms from your plants now reach your phone as push notifications, including on a device you register while a notification is still unread.
• The inverter, combiner box and string tables now offer an "Open events" column, and show when the network device delivering their data goes offline.
• In your plant's analysis, the legend and both chart tooltips now mark a component that has an outage, a measurement conflict or a connection issue.
• A combiner box or string shows red in analysis while its parent inverter has an open outage; a stopped string now notifies at normal priority.
• Your revenue page now shows what each settlement method would have earned, against what your plant actually earned.
• A new ticket notifies only its assignee and anyone you CC or mention; mentions always reach you, and members and guests get email notices too.
• You can now set a ticket to "Private", so only the people it involves see it; anyone who can read a plant's tickets can comment.
• Security updates for third-party components.
