Improvements and fixes

You hear about stopped components within the hour instead of a day later, devices missing from your components appear, and Solar-Log loggers keep reporting.

• You get one alert per plant naming components that stopped producing for over 30 minutes, roughly an hour after they go quiet in daylight.
• Inverters whose strings you entered by hand are now watched for outages, and quiet stretches never count while irradiation is unknown, at night for example.
• You can now add a slow data logger, and a Solar-Log logger that pauses or sticks at its configuration prompt keeps its readings coming in.
• Changing a data logger's settings no longer breaks the reading history of the devices behind it.
• Devices your data logger lists but that have never sent a measurement, including a Solar-Log feed-in meter holding back readings, now appear in your components.
• Where a Solar-Log logger's daily totals are unreadable, your inverters' daily energy is now recovered from the device's own readings.
• At plants under a standing grid or marketer power limit, you get string analysis again instead of a whole day counted as curtailed.
• At plants on sloping ground, the direction your strings face is now worked out correctly instead of reading too far east.
