Improvements and fixes

Lost energy for a failed inverter now covers all of its strings. Plants with several feed-in meters are now checked against the meters' combined output.

• Lost energy for a failed inverter now covers every string, including the ones that stopped sending data during the outage.
• On plants with more than one feed-in meter, a single meter is no longer measured against the output expected from the whole plant.
