Improvements and fixes

The production page now shows, for each inverter, how much of the daylight hours it actually reported.

• In the production page's inverter table, a ring shows what share of the daylight hours each inverter reported over the selected period.
• The monitor and the production page's inverter table treat an inverter as still in contact if it sent data within the last hour.
• An inverter can be hidden from its details, and hidden ones shown again from the components page's inverter and combiner box lists.
• The components page's inverter and combiner box lists now flag anything that has sent no data for more than 2 days.
• The production page shows, per inverter, the data logger it reports through and that logger's status.
• An info icon beside the status column on the dashboard and the monitor explains what each production status means.
