Data loggers on the components page

A plant's components page has a new "Data Logger" tab. It lists the plant's data loggers with their communication status and address, and a logger's details show its source, serial number, state and connection settings.

• Members who may edit the plant's components can change a data logger's name, notes and connection settings in its details.
• The communication status shows connected, initializing, disconnected, reconnecting or frozen, and since when.
