Curtailment and performance ratio now sum every grid meter

At a plant with more than one grid meter, the feed-in power behind curtailment losses and the performance ratio was previously neither the sum nor the average of the meters. It is now the sum of every meter reporting in that minute. Plants receive this with their next agent update.

• The summed feed-in power is higher than the earlier value, so curtailment losses decrease and the performance ratio rises.
• The plant's operating state still follows the meters' live readings.
