You can change tickets, tariffs and devices only if your role allows

Changing a ticket comment, a plant's tariffs, its contracts or its devices now works only where your role allows it; with read-only access you can still open them. You also see only the remote-access connections your access covers.

• Signing a payment mandate or a contract works only inside your own organization.
• You can add a contact to a plant or portfolio only if that contact belongs to the same organization.
• A ticket can point to another ticket only on a plant you are able to open.
• Pausing data collection from a data logger needs the right to change that logger.
