Improvements and fixes

Two more values can now be recorded in a plant's settings.

• A plant's "Grid Transmission Limit" can now be entered in its settings, and its "Yearly Degradation" in percent beside the monthly PR targets.
• A data logger now opens on a "Mapped metrics" overview, where one click removes a mapped reading and the change is saved straight away.
