Improvements and fixes

Production curves for each component now follow the day in 15-minute steps instead of filling in hour by hour. Curtailment figures now appear for plants that previously had none.

• Curtailment figures now appear for plants without irradiation data and for five plants whose nameplate power could not be read.
• An inverter now reports its active-power setpoint.
• An outage on a dead inverter no longer closes and re-opens through the morning.
• A component producing far below expectation no longer reads healthy after a stretch where it sent nothing.
• Voltages from a data logger now read as phase-to-neutral under the new phase names.
