Curtailment rows no longer show a figure from another calculation

Where the data your plant's settlement method needs has not been published yet, you were shown lost energy and compensation worked out a different way, as if it were your own. The row and its dialog now read "Satellite data not yet available" instead, or "No usable measurement data" where the gap is permanent.

• Your own figure appears once that data is published and the month is settled again.
• Only plants whose settlement method relies on the missing data are affected.
