Your flat-rate compensation is measured against the last valid period

Curtailed energy and compensation now fall wherever the old rule lifted them. For plants settled on the flat-rate method, a curtailment is now measured against the power in the last valid period before it, rather than the highest power found earlier. Figures already issued keep their value. A month is corrected only when it is rebuilt.

• Only plants settled on the flat-rate method are affected.
• The period used as reference may now be any earlier valid one, however old.
