Improvements and fixes

Inverters now show the operating status they report about themselves. Lists, pickers and live graphs that misbehaved work again.

• The analysis and components pages now have a "Status code" column showing what a Huawei, SMA or Fronius inverter reports about itself.
• A site connected over IPsec again shows its address under "Live status" instead of a dash.
• The inverter picker in a plant's segment dialog no longer opens empty when the dialog is opened a second time.
• Members whose plant access comes through a shared portfolio can pick those plants in the site switcher again.
• Paging through a long list no longer shows one row twice and leaves another one out.
• A live graph on a plant's networking page follows the clock again, instead of standing still while it keeps loading.
