Your lost energy no longer counts a pause in data collection as zero

Your curtailment losses were too high for any quarter-hour in which the on-site data collection paused: those minutes counted as zero production. They now count at the rate the measured minutes around them show, so your lost energy and compensation fall for such quarter-hours. Your plants receive this with their next agent update.

• Only quarter-hours that were partly unmeasured change; fully measured ones are unchanged.
• A pause longer than seven minutes still leaves the quarter-hour out of the settlement.
