Improvements and fixes

Embedded dashboards now show a renamed inverter, combiner box or string under a single name again, instead of splitting it across two rows.

• A change to someone's access to the embedded dashboards now takes effect the next time that person signs in.
• A router set up from a plant's OpenVPN file and certificate archive now works.
• After a plant's VPN certificates are renewed, "Download certificates as archive" provides them again, as when the connection was first set up.
• The assistant now says that an INSYS icom OS router takes the static key under "Static OpenVPN keys", not through its certificate import.
• A page that cannot load its translations now opens in English instead of failing to open at all.
