Improvements and fixes

The live view of a network camera and MQTT-over-WebSocket devices now connect through the plant's remote access. The monitor's table now sorts by portfolio name, then plant name.

• The monitor's table now sorts by portfolio name, then plant name.
• The filename in the storage explorer stays visible on a narrow screen, with size and date below it.
• Uploader and "Shared by" avatars in storage now use the member's first and last name.
• The PDF attached to a Mirox email now arrives as a normal attachment.
• The footer of sign-out pages and emails now links the changelog and the roadmap.
